Danfoss Hansen FD83-2128-32-32 2 in. Stainless Steel Thermal Management Quick Connect Coupling-Sanitary Flange Connection Description
The FD83-2128-32-32 is a 2-inch quick-disconnect coupling built for liquid cooling circuits in data centers, thermal management systems, and industrial fluid transfer where spillage can’t be tolerated. The passivated 303 stainless steel body with EPDM-P (peroxide cured) seals provides broad fluid compatibility, and the sanitary tri-clamp end connection suits cleanable or hygienic piping configurations. Maximum operating pressure is 150 psi (10 bar) in both connected and disconnected states, with a rated flow of 800 lpm (211 gpm) and a Cv of 127.
Its patented dual interlock design has a two-condition safety sequence: the valves can’t open until both halves are fully mated, and the halves can’t separate until both valves are closed. Identical coupling halves eliminate mismatched inventory and simplify field stocking. Note: this coupling is not rated for two-phase cooling applications.
