Micro Peristaltic Pump Applications
Tips: Precautions for the using micro peristaltic pump.
- After the pump hose has been used for about 220 hours, the hose can be turned over (that is, 90° rotation). Because one side of the hose is squeezed for a long time, it is easy to cause one side to be damaged, and turning over can increase the service life.
- Storage period of the pump tubing shall not exceed one year (long-term non-use will cause aging).
- Lubricate the rollers of micro peristaltic pump every 6 months (special lubricating oil is required).
- After using the micro peristaltic pump for a long time, if abnormal noise occurs, it can be disassembled for inspection. Check if this is caused by bearing wear or damage, if not, please contact the manufacturer.
