Tips: Working principle of air chain hoist
The lifting mechanism includes air motor, planetary reducer, hanging assembly, brake, lifting chain, hook assembly and main control valve. The lifting mechanism controls the main control valve to realize the lifting and lowering of the lifting heavy object, and realizes the lifting and lowering positioning braking by opening and closing the brake. The air chain hoist ensures the safety of the lifting operation. The lifting mechanism of the pneumatic hoist can be fixed as a whole, or can be moved under the traveling mechanism. The main control valve controls the air motor and the planetary reducer to drive the driving wheels to move, so as to realize the horizontal movement of the lifting heavy object. The gas distribution system uses compressed air as the power source to control the lifting and running of the pneumatic hoist.
